This is what I saw when I opened my eyes at around 7am today. Well, I woke up because of the moon shining in my face through the French door opening into the backyard. (This is my lovely backyard :)
The picture is not quite up to the mark, but man, was it awesome or what! The moon looked MUCH bigger than it does here, and was very bright! I wish those cables weren't there to ruin my perfect picture.

Lolz..yes i have done it often.. I love looking up at the sky at night.. the pic is really nice.. Theres sumthing about the moon ... u just cant stop looking at it... nice pic..ur turning into a pro

Arey, yeh night sky nahi hai, its not even very early morning! Its like 7:30AM.
I've taken this one, and most others with my small Sony W90 that I carry with me all the time. Have two more, a Sony V3, most of my older pics are with this, need to upload them though, and a Nikon D200, this was a wedding gift from my sisters, haven't used it yet!

io love to click moon... did a nice one when i went to coorg last time... it took me almost an hour to get the frame i want, but man, was i happy after that :-D

@sol, no yaar, the thing was shining in my face! I took the pic and went back to sleep.
I AM trying to wake up earlier though, it makes a big difference to my mood if I have enough time in the morning to really wake up and take my time getting ready, instead of rushing out the door, running late. Relaxed pace in the am makes for a relaxed day :)
nope that was when I was young :P - 4.30 - 5.00 - the moon is close enuf...
now to early to bed early to rise makes ceedy healthy wealthy (doubtful) and wise :)
