This sign in a small, small "cabin" in Ranchi made me laugh, and wonder what is "khudra". And also wondering about the use of shuddh Hindi and suddenly jumping to English!

@veens I had NO clue what it meant, I didn't even have a good guess about what they are asking, it doesn't even sound like anything else!!
As for not noticing, well, if you have left your country for as long as I have, you will notice a LOT of things you wouldn't notice otherwise!
