And here's some more...well...flowers and foliage :)

My red rosy :)

Photoshopped this one a little bit, to get the background all black and all. I like!

One very delicate fern.
Not sure I like this picture much, will give it another shot some other time

The cuties!
We have a "planter-wall" full of these! They are SO cute!

i liked teh first three.. the last one is good, but you could ahev focused it on a spot ratehr than all over the picture.... try the same from a little low angle, and focus on one part...
just a thought-
stoop down so that teh camera and teh plant are on almost same plane, fill the screen with teh plat and flowers, and focus on the lower left side....

the wall-fearn pic is fine, but for that small white space on the top right corner.....

@xh, hmmm I did take that last one from the same height as the flowers. Want to take another one, of the entire wall-planter. And that white patch! I could see it while taking the pic, I KNEW it would look bad, but got too lazy to try different framing. Iska bhi retake hoga.

Thanks for the xpert comments :)

@Arlene, welcome to my blog, and thanks for your encouraging comments! How did you find my blog? Just curious :)

well xh gave you a good insight....I guess you need to move around the object...Like the third picture I would try is stoop down and take a birds eye view - could give you two effect...the red brick with a projecting green that makes it look fragile (guess thats what you are trying to capture) or disproportionate scale effect - where it can look like a tree growing on a brick ground (now that surely will be modern art )
